What You Need to Know for Today’s Auto Case
Dave Farnbauch had the opportunity to speak at the June 30, 2011 Indiana Trial Lawyers Association seminar in Indianapolis on “What You Need to Know for Today’s Auto Case” on trial strategy by presenting information about "Polarizing the Case."
Dave discussed the "Polarizing" concepts to other personal injury attorneys representing auto accident victims. It's important for any effective attorney to learn not to fear defense allegations or insinuations that a client is malingering or exaggerating their injuries, but instead use the malingering defense against the dense attorney.
The seminar focused on several different aspects of trial strategy for auto cases including:
- Case Intake
- Motions in Limine and Pre-Trial Evidence Issues
- Polarizing the Case
- Innovative Ways to Prepare for Trial
- Presenting Medical Testimony
- Technology on a Budget
- Cross Examining Defense Doctors
- Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Coverage
- Effective use of Physical Therapists
The Indiana Trial Lawyers Association is dedicated to the constitutional rights of open access to the courts and equal protection under the law for all persons in Indiana.
