St Joseph County Medical Malpractice Lawsuit

A medical malpractice lawsuit in St Joseph County, South Bend, Indiana ended after only 3 days of trial on Thursday, July 28th when an out-of-court confidential settlement was reached.

It took nearly 10 minutes until Jonas’ breathing was restored. Jonas is now 6 years old and suffers from permanent brain damage which requires constant medical care for the rest of his life.
