Iatrogenic: Due to the action of a physician or induced inadvertently by a physician or surgeon or by medical treatment or diagnostic procedures
Medical Negligence: Failure of a physician or other medical personnel to meet the standards of conduct for duties relating to the medical profession.
Negligence: A legal concept in common law legal systems usually used to achieve compensation for injuries. Negligence is a type of tort.
